Grant Built is residential building company operating out of Central Auckland.  Managing Director,  Josh Grant started the company in 2012 after being a qualified builder for some time and leading a small team of carpenters. Josh served his apprenticeship renovating bungalows and villas as well as building new homes.

At the time of starting the company, Josh saw shortcomings in other building operations, he knew it could be done better,  so studied in the project management side of the business and completed a Diploma in Construction Management. He brings these skills to every new project.

The team at Grant Built have been involved in most forms of residential construction, from architecturally designed new homes, renovations, to high volume build environments.

Our collective experience provides a broad knowledge base to work from and helps us deliver a better quality product  for our clients.

We  pride ourselves on carrying out a high standard of work, managing the process from start to finish, while maintaining quality relationships with our clients and other trades.

We understand that building can be a complicated and sometimes stressful endeavour:  we do our best to work with everyone involved to make the project run as smoothly as possible.
