Valley – Renovation & New Build

Project details: 

Renovation existing Villa on the front of the property including 150 square metres of additional floor space, new ensuite to master bedroom, new timber joinery, mixture of bevel back weatherboard and vertical cedar.

Rear house – New 5 bedroom 280 square meter build, Membrane roofs, large open plan kitchen and living. Cladded in vertical cedar weatherboards and PVC weatherboards to upper levels.

Both houses were designed by award winning architect Richard Furze of Furze Architecture + Design
