Crocus - New Build

Shanahan Architects designed new home, this four bedroom home is spread over 3 levels on a sloping site in Remuera.

The house is cladded in vertical Nu-Wall shiplap cladding and features a series of long mono-pitch roofs. We spent a lot of time ensuring the framing was perfect on this build. The exterior wall on the left hand side of the front door is just under 20m long and goes up all three levels

The open plan kitchen and living flow out onto a large vitex deck around pool. We also built a couple large sets of stairs and cladded them in vitex decking.
